Teresa is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Teresa is a module convenor and assessment convenor for Land Law on the core undergraduate programme, teaches on the MA programme and supervises dissertations on property law and legal history. Her research on modification and discharge of freehold covenants links to the study of freehold covenants on the Land Law module. Teresa has also previously taught on the core modules of Tort and Contract (as Obligations) and on Legal History modules as first year and third year undergraduate options. Teresa belongs to the Legal Education Research Group. She has substantial experience of module design, curriculum development, provision of learning resources and peer observation of teaching. Teresa is an external examiner at Aston University and Nottingham Trent University.
