Our research aims to understand how RNA polymerase II (Pol II) transcription and RNA processing machinery control maturation and  levels of individual mRNAs. To achieve this, our laboratory is using multidisciplinary approaches, combining biochemistry, structural analyses, genetics and cutting edge functional genomics.
