Cephas Simon Peter Dak-Adzaklo is an Assistant Professor in Accounting at the University of Sussex Business School (USBS). Before joining USBS, he held a position at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, teaching courses in financial accounting, and management accounting at the graduate and undergraduate levels. 

Cephas obtained his PhD in accounting from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong and he is a certified chartered accountant.

Cephas conducts research in accounting and finance that has regulatory relevance and has published in internationally recognized journals such as Journal of Corporate Finance and The British Accounting Review.
