I am a Research Fellow in Bioinformatics in Bousios Lab - School of Life Sciences. In our group we study the interactions between transposable elements (TEs) and their host genomes. We use a wide variety of computational approaches to explore TE dynamics from a genetic and an evolutionary perspective. I joined the University of Sussex in 2023.
