My research focuses on the intersection of Intellectual Property (IP) law, Information Technology (IT) law, and emerging digital technologies. I have a particular interest in the regulation of interactive entertainment and creative industries, including video games, virtual worlds, and blockchain-powered environments. My work critically examines copyright, user-generated content, digital governance, and the concept of digital citizenship, exploring how contractual, technological, and legal frameworks shape user rights and platform sovereignty. I also investigate the impact of artificial intelligence on copyright, trade secrets, and broader IP frameworks,
