Renewable energy and hydrogen system:
Major research interests focus on control and optimisation of the renewable power generation and utilisation system, especially using hydrogen as energy carrier for storage.
Research ranges from dynamic system modelling and control to ensure optimal integration of electrolytic / storage / fuel cell system with renewable electricity supply, to hydrogen system integration and application, such as stand-alone and grid connected renewable hydrogen system, renewable powered smart grid, fuel cell system applications, and use of hydrogen as alternative fuel for transportation.
Natural language generation:
Explore the possibility of using more sophisticated control architecture to build language generation models that deal with conversation, and can meet the challenge of real-time, flexible language generation.
