I'm part of the Research & Open Scholarship team at University of Sussex Library. As the Research & Open Scholarship Senior Manager, I manage a dedicated team providing support for researchers across the institution. We deliver teaching and 1-1s on a range of Library services & resources, provide support for all things Open Access, run our Open Press, manage the Research Hive & scholars, and maintain our institutional repository, Sussex Research Online (SRO) alongside the University's Research Information System, Elements. I sit on the Editorial Board of the UKSG Insights journal, and am a member of the RLUK Open Access Publisher Processes Group (OAPP).

I have been at the University Library since 2008, working across Frontline Services, Collection Development, Content Delivery, and Library Systems before moving in to my current team in March 2020.
