I am Reader in Mental Health Science at the School of Psychology. I have a PhD in Human Genetics from the Russian Academy of Sciences. My first potdoctoral fellowship (supported by the ERC INTAS) was at the Social, Genetic & Developmental Psychiatry Centre, KCL, and my second postdoctoral fellowship (supprorted by the MRC) was at the MRC Unit for Lifelong Health and Ageing, UCL. I then took my first lectureship at the University of Leicester in 2011, and I moved to the University of Sussex in 2013.
