RESEARCH & SCHOLARSHIP SUMMARy
My main research interest is self-regulation, or how we direct our thoughts, feelings, and actions in order to achieve our goals. I aim to understand why people fail at self-regulation, how they can get better at it, and the relationship between self-regulation and wellbeing.
