I am a PhD student in Economics at the University of Sussex. I have a Master's Degree in Policy Economics from the Centre of Development Economics, Williams College, U.S.A and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Malawi. My research focuses on the impacts of financial, monetary, and macroprudential policies on growth, welfare, and wage outcomes in developing countries. With over a decade of experience working with the Central Bank of Malawi, I have been involved in the formulation, management, and evaluation of public sector policies, including monetary and financial sector policies.
