I am part of the Research, Ethics, Integrity & Governance team; my role is Senior Research Ethics and Integrity Officer. I offer support to researchers submitting ethical review applications and work with the Research Ethics Committees and School Research Ethics Officers to organise the ethical review process. I am the main contact for the Faculty of Social Sciences; covering Law, Politics, Sociology, Global Studies, Education and Social Work, Faculty of Media, Arts and Humanities and University of Sussex Business School.  

I joined University of Sussex in 2009 as an early career researcher at the Genome Damage and Stability Centre and have since worked in research governance at other UK universities and in the private healthcare sector until I came back to the University of Sussex in 2024.
