BIO
Stavroula Chrona joined the Department of Politics at the University of Sussex as a Lecturer in Politics in September 2022. Prior to joining the University of Sussex, Stavroula held the position of Lecturer in Comparative Politics at the School of History, Anthropology, Politics and Philosophy, Queen's University Belfast (2020-2021), Teaching Fellow in European and International Studies at the Department of European and International Studies, King's College London (2018-2021), Teaching Fellow in Politics at the Department of Politics, Language and International Studies, University of Bath (2018). Teaching Fellow in Social Sciences (Quantitative Research Methods) at the School of Social Sciences, Cardiff University (2014) and Graduate Teaching Assistant and Associate Tutor in Politics at the Department of Politics, University of Surrey (2010-2015).
Stavroula holds a PhD in Politics (Political Psychology) from the University of Surrey, an MA in European and International Politics from the University of Surrey and a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of Crete (Greece).
