Vicky was programme director for the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium, coordinated out of SPRU, from 2019 to 2026. She chaired the Consortium's management group, led delivery of the core programme across coordinating partners and members, reporting to the Governing Board, and was advisor to the Deep Transitions Lab. She was also director for learning and development and managing editor for the TIP Resource Lab, developing the vision with policy members for TIPC's learning agenda, working with agencies and partners on the co-creation of networks, activities, resources and tools, and overseeing integration of the learning programme with the Deep Transitions Lab. Vicky has worked in higher education in the UK and internationally on strategy and planning, marketing and global partnerships, and in publishing in Hong Kong and China as a writer and editor. She is a professional project manager, marketer and accredited facilitator, trained in group change processes, participatory learning methodologies, human systems dynamics and interactive tools for systems transformation. She has been a speaker and advisor on international partnerships, research collaboration, impact and engagement. Her interests lie in learning design, co-production of knowledge, and the impact of group dynamics on learning for transitions.
